RETURNS & REFUNDS

At NEUF STUDIOS, each piece is created with care and attention to detail. Our return policy reflects the individual nature of our made-to-measure garments and made-to-order accessories.

MADE-TO-MEASURE GARMENTS

Our made-to-measure garments are individually produced according to the measurements provided or confirmed by the client.

As these pieces are made to the client's individual specifications, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a defective, damaged or non-conforming item.

THE BOA EDIT — STANDARD COLOURS

Boas ordered in our standard colours and standard specifications are eligible for the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable, even though they are made to order.

To exercise this right, please notify us at contact@neufstudios.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days from notification to return the item.

Returned items should be carefully packaged. Customers may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the return address and instructions.

CUSTOM-COLOUR BOAS

Boas produced in a genuinely bespoke colour or to other individual specifications requested by the client may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

Any applicable exclusion will be communicated before purchase.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at contact@neufstudios.com with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue.

NEUF STUDIOS will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including statutory guarantees. Where required by law, the costs associated with remedying a non-conforming item will be covered by NEUF STUDIOS.

REFUNDS

For valid statutory withdrawals, refunds will be issued within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned item or you have supplied evidence of its return, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will include the original standard delivery charge where required by law, but not any additional amount paid for an upgraded delivery service.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed. Your payment provider may require additional time to process the transaction.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please email contact@neufstudios.com with your order number and your request.

We will provide the relevant return address and instructions. You may exercise a statutory withdrawal right through any clear statement sent to us within the applicable period; prior approval is not required.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights, including applicable legal guarantees and remedies for defective or non-conforming goods.
